  • On Subquantum Electromagnetic and Gravitational Interactions

To a greater or lesser extent, gravitational fields are always present in the environment of electromagnetic fields. Gravitational energy will decisively influence the value of electromagnetic energy present. Gravitons interact at subquantum level with photons, influencing the electromagnetic interaction. Moreover, gra

Post the acceptance formalities for a manuscript. Post the acceptance the author should follow the following steps on or before 20 days to publish their articles. Post the acceptance the author should follow the following steps on or before 20 days to publish their articles. The author must be punctual enough on submitting the revised manuscript as per the reviewers guidelines will be sent to the author after a quality review. The author also to be punctual on the honorarium submission for the publication of the manuscript. The honorarium can be submitted online. Once a manuscript is accepted within 12 hours the payment link will be published via an email with the goldendoc to the authors. The payment acknowledgement typically sent to the authors within 12 hours of the payment. The APC payment process is completely guided after the acceptance of the manuscript. The website of the honorarium payment can not be used for the international transactions. On the payment portal, several transaction methods are available like UPI transfer, NEFT, IMPS, Credit Card, Debit card etc. for Indian authors and for USA and UAE countries PayPal, wise and Paysend. If the author does not pay the honorarium within 10 days of the acceptance of the manuscript goes on hold for at least for 15 days. This process is maintained to adjust the punctuality of the released volume. The volumes are released each month in a single release. Therefore, the delay from the author side causes the delay of the publication of the whole volume. To reduce this delay, the already paid honorarium papers are released on time and rest manuscripts go on hold for possible publication in the next volume. If a manuscript goes on hold then the authors can request for the re-publication of the same at our publication department. After a board meeting by PTCI (Physics Tomorrow Council Of India) the decision on the manuscript is taken later as per the current status and acceptance rates. If any author wants to withdraw any manuscript he/she needs to report to the publication desk before 10 days from the acceptance letters delivery to the author. The withdraw charge is 60% of the paid APC untill the 10th day and afterwords no reversal will be granted. Open Access fees refund policy is same as APC reversal terms and conditions. Note theer will be no refund granted for the manuscript editing or any special services. For the autowithdraw manuscript APC refund is not possible. If an author delays the response on the accepted manuscripts then there has a buffer period of 40 days from the acceptance date. After the buffer period has been completed the manuscript falls under the auto withdraw policy https://www.wikipt.org/manuscript-withdrawal-request-pt l which allows the publisher to withdraw the accepted manuscripts without any prior notice. If a manuscript gets auto withdrawn then the author falls under the Infringement policy. After the infringement policy is applied to an author, then the author will get blocked for two years minimum from all SCI and SCOPUS indexed journals.

Physics Tomorrow Letters is the online research publication platform. SCI and Scopus indexed journal. Rapid publication. https://static.wixstatic.com/media/04176b_8a165ed0f46f43d09e08845ad6136171~mv2.jpg Statement of Editorial Policy The Physics Tomorrow Letters publishes papers that will support, inform, and delight a diverse audience of college and university physics teachers. It strives to present papers that are not only original, correct, and significant, but also carefully written and interesting to a large number of physics educators. Technical correctness is necessary, but it is not the only condition for acceptance. Clarity of exposition and potential interest to the readers are equally essential. It is the reader, not the author, who must receive the benefit of the doubt. To be publishable in PTL, a manuscript must be written for, and also must be useful, interesting, and accessible to a broad range of physicists. Many of the published papers will be directly useful in the classroom. They may describe new approaches to teaching or present interesting additions to course content and assignments. While most papers will focus on the intermediate and advanced undergraduate curriculum, some will be of interest to instructors in post-graduate programs. Pedagogical value can be added to all articles by including suggested problems or projects for students. Examples include problems with analytical solutions, computational exercises and simulations, and the analysis of experimental data. Papers that introduce new laboratory or demonstration apparatus, techniques, or exercises are also welcomed. Although brief papers that only describe how to build a new apparatus are acceptable, authors are also encouraged to share observations of how students interact with the apparatus. Papers that propose new student experiments based on novel uses of existing apparatus are also acceptable. In all cases, the approximate cost of the apparatus should be included, along with information on how to obtain the components. The Journal invites manuscripts that can be used to bring contemporary research in physics and related fields into the classroom. Such manuscripts should not be review articles, but rather self-contained articles that describe a particular aspect of a research topic in such a way that it is accessible to as many physicists as possible. These articles may be useful to instructors who want to show how a course topic relates to current research and also may introduce undergraduates to current research topics. Shorter manuscripts are generally more desirable than longer ones, and authors should consider submitting longer derivations, additional applications, program scripts, and data tables as supplementary material. Occasionally, review or tutorial articles are published, often of a length greater than that of the average article. These articles are solicited, and thus authors wishing to write such articles must consult with the editors at an early stage. Unlike research journals, which may present accurate research results with little consideration of how many readers will be interested, strives to present a carefully curated sampling of the most readable and interesting articles related to physics teaching. The importance of graceful, clear, accessible writing cannot be overemphasized. Most readers of a particular article will not be specialists in the subject matter presented. The introductory paragraphs should carefully present the context of the new work and should explain how this new work builds on and differs from the cited material. Manuscripts must take proper cognizance of previous work, and authors should be particularly careful to search physics education journals for related work. Such referencing is especially helpful to beginning teachers, and may remind others of once well-known ideas, proofs, or techniques that may again be useful to physics teachers and students. It is the responsibility of the author to provide adequate references to previous work, and submissions that lack them will be returned to the author without review. Contributions are considered for sections including Regular Articles, Notes and Discussion, Instructional Laboratories and Demonstrations, Computational Physics, Guest Editorials, and Letters to the Editor. Regular articles should usually not exceed six journal pages, with notes and other contributions being substantially shorter. Notes are short communications that are usually confined to the discussion of a single concept, or comments on previously published articles. The Instructional Laboratories and Demonstrations section generally focuses on new apparatus and techniques for instructional laboratory exercises and demonstrations. Letters to the Editor are selected for their likely interest to readers. Book Reviews and Resource Letters are solicited, not contributed, and undergo a separate review process. Collegial disagreement has a proper place in the Journal, but extended argumentation does not. To encourage the former and discourage the latter, the editors will forward to authors any communications received that are critical of their published work. Authors and critics will then be asked to correspond directly with one another. If after this correspondence, an improved understanding is reached, they will be encouraged to prepare a brief jointly-authored Note. If such an agreement should prove impossible, the critic’s Note may be published alone, or followed by the authors’ response if it makes a significant addition to the discussion. Letters to the editor are also appropriate for briefer comments on an article; these will be published following the same procedure as for Notes, although without necessarily requiring peer review. In no case will there be more than one round of discussion of a paper. Why was my paper rejected? Papers should significantly aid the learning of physics and not be primarily a display of cleverness and erudition; in fact, the harder a paper is to read, the more useful and rewarding must be its result. The mere solution of a problem seldom constitutes an acceptable contribution, regardless of how difficult the problem, although using undergraduate-level physics to solve interesting or puzzling real-world problems can be valuable. If these topics are studied by specialists in fields outside of physics, then it is essential that the writer is aware of this work and provides citations to the most relevant articles. Manuscripts that show new ways of understanding, explaining, or deriving familiar results must provide some original physical insight and not just be a clever derivation. Manuscripts on topics that largely parallel those already available in textbooks, monographs, or other published articles and that differ from them primarily in style rather than coverage are not suitable contributions. AJP is not a venue to remind readers of previously published ideas and techniques that are not included in current textbooks. Papers on teaching introductory physics that might be of use to both secondary school and university instructors should normally be submitted to PTL other journal, The Physics Teacher. Most papers will be useful around the world, but topics that are only useful outside of the U.S. higher educational system are generally not acceptable. Manuscripts announcing new theoretical or experimental physics research results, or questioning well-established and successful theories, are not acceptable and should be submitted to a research journal for proper vetting. If a manuscript is otherwise acceptable as a contribution, the inclusion of new results is not an insurmountable barrier to publication. For example, some papers will present measurements on mechanical systems with explanations that could supplement undergraduate teaching. Nevertheless, authors of such manuscripts should consider carefully whether PTL is the appropriate venue for presenting their results. In particular, improvements to previous studies (published either in PTL or in other journals) are seldom appropriate, unless the result provides significant new insight that will be valuable to a broad range of physics teachers. For that reason, authors should use caution in submitting manuscripts that solve challenges such as those posed by the International Young Physicists Tournament, since by the time the paper could be published in AJP, its solutions are likely to be well publicized in other venues, and it may be rejected once those solutions have appeared. Manuscripts may clarify past misunderstandings, allow a broader view of a subject, or demonstrate new relations between hitherto unrelated areas of physics. These manuscripts will be judged for their potential interest to readers. Contact I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities. Selection process Submissions are peer reviewed by 4-6 members of the International TPC (Technical Program Committee) review report is strictly declared within one month of submission. TPC consists of international experts who are leading researchers in the field, working in academia and industry. The comments are intended to drive the authors to provide a better camera-ready or to improve the future submissions when rejected. PTL also provide a dedicated review on the editorial/grammar/punctuation. Before and after the camera-ready version there is cross-validation of the accuracy of the updated version. The last validation is performed on the PTL website. Articles that are promising but need more work to enter a full second round of review and assisted improvement. The acceptance is based on the reviews and the quality of the submissions. There is no target for the acceptance rate; practically excellent papers are accepted. On average, the acceptance rate after the first revision varies from 27% to 36%. Accepted papers are in two categories: (i) with minor revision, and (ii) with a special request for revisions. Accepted papers with a special request for revisions are submitted to the second round of revisions. Papers with very valuable ideas, but in much need of presentation improvements, are given special attention; a TPC member from the PTL “task force” will be coaching the authors to improve the paper. The final version is again revised by a PTL member to validate the quality. Accepted and rejected papers are acknowledged; reviews are sent to the authors in both cases. Camera-ready versions are validated again on the Publisher site, for accuracy; fraudulent final submissions of substituted or of on purpose unprofessional content will be rejected. Reviewers are instructed to keep confidentiality on the submissions /either accepted or rejected/; only accepted papers are exposed to the public audience. Note that while we strive to have 100% accurate information, there is always the possibility of human error. PTL is not responsible for inaccuracies, typos, or misprints presented online, electronically, in print, or otherwise. The accept/reject decision for any given submission is final. However, at its discretion, PTL may reconsider specific works for a reassessment with regards to the accept/reject decision. If deemed necessary by PTL, a committee will reassess the work and render a final decision. The decision of such committee is final and no further appeals will be possible. Registration Cost PTL never asks for publication fees during any offering period. Process An accepted paper must be registered, through a specific registration form shared with the corresponding author. PTL registration is “per paper”, this means that each accepted paper must be registered on a separate registration form. If many authors of the same paper, registration is needed for each author. The registration form contains several categories: students, PTL Fellows, academic, and industry. When registering, please use the online registration form which will be available only after acceptance notification. Withdrawal and Plagiarism policy PTL encourages young researches, professors, and engineers to submit new idea papers, practical results, lessons learnt, as well as any substantial contributions to the scientific community. We strongly advise that the papers be carefully edited to improve the legibility of the text. The length of the originally submitted papers must not vary too much from the camera-ready version. While withdrawing a paper may happen in a limited number of cases, we support the fairness of the submission. Please take note of the following with respect to paper submissions: (i) Submissions should not be intended to get reviews from the TPC for the sole purpose of improving the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favourable response from the organizers. PTL doesn’t encourage withdrawals after the paper is submitted (in review) or accepted. Read the manuscript withdraw policy. (ii) Once submitted, a contribution should not be resubmitted to another event before a confirmation of acceptance or rejection. As e-mail may fail, it is the responsibility of the authors to ensure there is no double submission based on an assumption that the paper was rejected, but the e-mail failed to be received. PTL doesn’t support double submissions. Once a paper is submitted elsewhere, and no decision was clearly received, don’t submit the same paper to PTL. (iii) Small amounts of already published material are allowed in any submission, under the condition that the source is clearly identified. If the reference is missing [quotes and citation], and the paper is published, the publishing authors must write a letter of apology to the original author. If the paper is not published, the review process must enforce the authors to make this reference; the publication process continues only after the text was properly corrected. (iv) PTL fully follows ACM and IEEE plagiarism policies and cooperates with ACM and IEEE to enforce them. If plagiarism is discovered during the review process, the paper is automatically rejected; the author must explain the cause and write a letter of apology to the original author. If plagiarism is discovered after the paper is published, the following rules apply. For ACM Plagiarism policy, see: “Plagiarism on the rise”, Ronald F. Boisvert, Mary Jane Irwin, Communications of the ACM, June 2006, Volume 49, Number 6, pp.23-24. As per the authors of the article mentioned above “the verbatim copying, near-verbatim copying, or purposely paraphrasing portions of another author’s’ paper” is plagiarism. PTL endorses and applies the levels of offence , investigation and penalties set by the ACM Code of Ethics. Litigations must be properly followed; the offending authors must apologize to the offended authors. PTL will inform the authors’ organization about the plagiarism facts. If subsequent offences occur, the author is banned from publishing in PTL conferences. This rule is 100% enforced. PTL Publisher’s Responsibilities [Click to read] Protect the reputation of our journals and published work by publishing content of the highest quality and relevance in a timely and responsible manner. Provide detailed information concerning both our understanding of publication ethics and our implementation of the same. Emphasise a desire for prevention, not eventual detection, of ethical misconduct. Adhere to COPE’s core practice and keep our editorial boards, publishing staff and society partners up-to-date with their guidelines and policies, adapting our own where appropriate. When necessary, request proof of originality/accuracy from the corresponding author of any work submitted to any of our journals. Use plagiarism detection software (currently using similarity check by CrossRef powered by Ithenticate) when necessary for any submission to any journal at any stage of the submissions and publication process. Provide a transparent submission and publication process, with full respect and care paid to the author. This includes detailed and dedicated instructions to authors for each journal, outlining referencing style, accepted article types and submission processes. Investigate thoroughly any suggestion of ethical misconduct detected during any stage of the submissions process. This can include but is not restricted to plagiarism, redundant publication, fabrication or misuse of data and authorial disputes. Correct substantive errors in galley according to COPE guideline in a timely fashion. When necessary, retract articles that we deem to be unethical, misleading or damaging according to the retraction policy and COPE guideline. When necessary, publish errata, corrigenda, and retractions in a timely and responsible fashion, detailing the decision through notice publication. Remain in good communication with editors, authors, reviewers and society partners (where applicable).
